All schools in the National School Lunch or Breakfast Program must conduct two food safety inspections annually, as required by federal law. Schools must request and schedule two inspections each year and report the inspection results in the Child Nutrition Management System (CNMS). Reports for the 2023-2024 school year must be submitted by October 15th, 2024. If no inspector visits your school on the scheduled date(s), that must be reported as well.
