Zacharia understands organizational operations and finances from two perspectives – that of management and as an independent accounting professional. He has a special affinity for serving nonprofit entities and takes pride in supporting community organizations and the work that they do.

With over two decades of experience and executive leadership in the education and nonprofit sectors, Rabbi Pinkus brings a proven record of scaling institutions, strengthening compliance, and fostering impactful community and government partnerships.
With his broad network of school relationships, government insight, partnerships with advocates, and extensive knowledge of school governance, accreditation, and funding, Rabbi Pinkus is uniquely positioned to lead schools in navigating accreditation and financial aid processes with confidence—helping them build capacity, ensure compliance, and advance their mission of educational excellence.
Chaya Perlstein serves as School Grant Services Lead at School Management Solutions, where she acts as a dedicated third-party administrator for more than 20 schools across the country. Her work sits at the intersection of compliance, finance, and operations, helping educational institutions navigate the ever-changing landscape of federal and state food programs with clarity and confidence.
In her role, Chaya manages direct communication with State Child Nutrition offices, reviews school financials, designs logistical protocols, and structures funding arrangements tailored to each client’s needs. She provides hands-on training to client organizations and ensures they stay current with the latest regulatory requirements and program guidelines.
Chaya leads SMS in enhancing clients’ program offerings and optimizing their resources as they navigate the complexities of government programs and funding opportunities, driving sustainable growth and long-term success.
