By September 30th, 2024, all schools must submit their school year calendar to the State, with each of the school’s locations submitting its own. For the 2024-2025 school year, email your calendars to your assigned Child Nutrition representative and include the SFA/RA name, LEA Code, first and last school days, vacations, field trips, and days when meals won’t be served. Maintain documentation for field trips and non-meal days, and make it available to the State upon request. Notify the State of calendar changes at least 24 hours in advance via email.
