Summer EBT is a federally authorized nutrition assistance program that provides electronic benefits for the summer months to school-aged children approved for free or reduced-price school meals.
The Summer EBT Form must be submitted by July 1, 2025; otherwise, students enrolled in schools participating in the NSLP will not receive Summer EBT benefits for the 2024–25 school year.
The data collection form is now available in the Information and Reporting Services Data Information Exchange (IDEx) application on the NYS Application Business Portal.
